suggestion direct ban button

  • i have a suggestion on the ACTIVE LOGOUTS screen is a button release logout, why not add a button Add to ban list ?? the function when someone try to login with username ADMIN to add it to the ban list automatically does not work at all very annoying if you get that a day 100 times

  • ACTIVE LOGOUTS = Active Lockouts
    Release logout = Release Lockouts

    Adding a new function because something doesn’t seem to work in your env is not the way forward …

    It’s better to figure out what causing the problem and then solve it.

    What web server is your site running on ? (Apache, Nginx, LiteSpeed etc).

    To prevent any confusion, I’m not iThemes.

    Ah, right there it is …

    Banning (IPs) doesn’t work on LiteSpeed due to a known bug.

    It’s a bit old and some information outdated but this topic provides additional info.

    Note the class-itsec-files.php file name has changed to files.php in the present plugin release.
