Suggestion: filter by category

Greetings,

First of all, congratulations on the excellent plugin. I am really loving it.

However let me make a suggestion.

I woulk like to be able to select wich categorys I would like to apply shipping date.

I say this because I have one category that I have 60 days shipping and another one that has 5 days shipping and I have to individual change product by product.
