Suggestion for a better solution according with Italian cookie-law

I know you think it’s a bad idea to block site’s parts to make’em not to set cookies till the user’s consent. I agree it’s a fucking bad idea, but it’s also the rule in Italy.
The Italian Cookie-law says you must block every tracking cookie untill the user give his consent by clicking the bar button or scroll the page. Man, I know it’s ridiculous, but that’s it.
Your plugin is very nice and lightweight, I’d want to use it, but in Italy it’s quite useless the way it is.
I suggest you to think about adding a blocking shortcode to wrap with the cookie-setting snippets, that would be awsome, even for a Pro version. Many Italians would pay for it.
