Suggestion for additional config box

    thanks for plugin. Saves me having to paste the code into stuff when my site templates and frameworks are often updated to continue evolution of responsive/adaptive layouts.

    ONE ISSUE:
    What would be super helpful is an option to embed some HTML before and after the plugin for rendering on single posts, to allow better design considerations for not “bumping into” other elements. Right now I’d like to be able to add a line break or padding of 14px below the element so it doesn’t “bump into” the author box. In other cases, the buttons have “bumped into” either author name, date, or even story title due to not option for “spacing” above/below.

    Even a simple option to insert padding above/below would be super helpful. Thanks again!
