Suggestion for Date Range

Hello,
I have downloaded your scheduler. Interesting.
However, I need to publish drafts before a certain date or within a date range. Say, all the drafts between 2/1/2015 and 2/7/2015. And then within this range, two drafts per day at 9 am, sequentially, oldest to newest.
Can this be done or your plugin be enhanced.
