[Plugin WPSMF] Suggestion for SMF Forum Path Configuration

Hi,

firstly thanks for this great plugin ??

I have some suggestions for it. As, for example, I am using subdomains for the blogs and forums and they are not all located under a same root path, but on the same server, I would like to suggest to remove $_SERVER[‘DocumentRoot’] from the code in index.php. And then let the user enter the full path to the forum. I changed it for my install and it works.
