    Jordy,

Here’s a feature request that might have a decent payoff-to-difficulty ratio. Allow a set of Lightroom keywords, let’s say sig0 thru sig9 – implement different watermarks or signatures. I’m putting in one of three watermarks on an image depending on the tone of the lower-right corner of my image. But I have to do it piecemeal, one at a time and it’s a pain. If WP/LR could read a keyword and substitute the right watermark it would be great!

I’ve already given rave reviews to WP/LR, Gallery and Lightbox, but I’m happy for another go round – is there one I should do first? ??

    Hi,

Indeed… that is a really, really difficult and precise option! That said, that could be something implemented by a plugin that does watermarking (WP/LR Sync does not, usually people do this through plugins on the Lightroom side, or using Lightroom itself – personally, I stopped using watermarks and use Copytrack instead :p). So yes, you could ask your favorite plugin for watermark to handle this, based on keyword in the EXIF. But to be honest, I doubt they’ll do it.

    Copytrack: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/image-copytrack/

You would like to write reviews one more time!? ?? Unfortunately, I doubt we can do that, you can only modify them.

But Jordy, WP/LR Sync is my favorite plugin for watermarking! Ok, upon examining some other export plugins, I am suspecting the watermarking function in WP/LR derives from Lightroom, so I guess it isn’t an easy thing and I’ll just have to live with it!

Thanks again for a rather indespensable plugin that works easily and great!

WP/LR Sync doesn’t do watermarking, but yes, Lightroom does, and that’s why you see it as an option in the Publish Service ?? But in fact, WP/LR Sync doesn’t have any control over it. That said, a Lightroom plugin for watermarking might be able to change the way it’s generated.
