Suggestion: get the image from YouTube video

It’s just a suggestion. I’ve been using this plugin for a while and it works great for me. However is it possible to add feature so it also grabs image from a screenshot of YouTube video?

I’ve seen it done in another script: https://pastebin.com/34WFEMXd though I haven’t tried it. I think it would be a nice addition. ??
