Suggestion: Hide end time when start and end time are the same

Hi,
Can I give a suggestion on how to handle Events with no set end time (or to be more precise: Events that have the same start and end time)
It would be great if the [when] tag was smart enough not to display the end time, when the end time and start time are the same.
