Suggestion – Host common CSS and js files with jsDelivr free plugin/CDN

I have a suggestion that I think could potentially increase speed for everyone using Swift. It would be awesome if support for jsDelivr could be included as part of Swift. They are offering free CDN hosting of common JS and CSS files, such as the ones that are common in all swift installations, such as swift-js.js. I believe this just requires uploading the files via their github repository:
