Suggestion: More Accessible “Clear Cache” Button

I often find myself digging through menus to clear the cache, after making edits to my theme, and after editing plugin settings, etc.

I would like to suggest a feature that adds a “Clear Cache” button to the dashboard. It would save a lot of time.
