    Changes made to version 2.3.1 from alex.rabe
    Introduction?

    1. To make media ids “alphanumeric” i removed hopefully all (int) AND intval statements.
    2. At sql statements i changes it to param=$value to param=’$value’
    3. changed statements like if($POST) to if(isset($POST)) for PHP 5.3 compatibility
