Suggestion of plugin extension to wordpress comments and WpDiscuz

I leave this suggestion since they are the 2 most used comment systems in wordpress, wordpress comments and WpDiscuz.
I think that being able to register the RGPD check box acceptances in these 2 systems with name, email, box acceptance and date / time would be a very important plus for the plugin.
