Suggestion: optimize YouTube embdeds

    It would be nice to have in WpOptimize a possibilte to optimize YouTube embdeds because they add a lot of extra weight to the pages. A popular method to do so is load a video only after it was clicked, and before this display a simple image. For example, this plugin https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/youtube-video-player/ do it for all videos (including that were already embded before). It would be nice to have the same possibility in wpOptimize because it’s always better to have one plugin for optimization than two.
