Suggestion: Uploads

Hi,

thanks for the plugin.
I have a suggestion for further development: How about protecting uploads as well?
I know, this might remove the “simple” from the Plugin Name, but I think this would be a huge benefit. Protecting the uploads is for sure not a simple thing when done clean, but would be a huge advantage. Many users might not even know that the files are currently not under protection.
