Suggestions for a theme that supports external photo upload

    I look for a theme that supports my new site (under construction).
    Visitors must be able to upload their images, e.g. by a drag and drop field or just by browsing in their own computer.
    Preferable: one photo at the time, and after filling in name and e-mail-adres (+Captcha?). A slider would be nice as well.
    Anyone suggestions please?
