    Hi Joachim ??

I use your nice plugin on a couple of client sites that run education pages. So my site owners manually add student to a specific access level (with spcified pages added) for a specific course when a that course starts. They enter the Members-tab, search and find the student and adds them, and thy get access for 4 weeks, all good. But sometimes my site owner wants to extend a student access time, or they go a follow up course “step 2” and my owner then want to manually give the student access again to step 1, all this “restarting” a already “Expiered” person has room for improvements. Now we have to search for the person in the list and pages (here would be nice to have a search function on the members tab/page to faster find a member), then when we find the person now we have to delete the person in order to be able to then search up and add the person again, just to “reset” the expire timer to give access again. So some suggestions on the Members-tab page: We could tick the box on a member row that has expired, go to the top dropdown and select “Re-enter” or “Restart” for a “reboot” of the expire-timer. Now that dropdown only have “Delete” as an option. Or just click directly on the red Status “Expired”-sign and get an option to “Restart/ReEnter” Yes/No for a fast process. And another more layout suggestion, the “Add member” box that now are last on the page under the list of members, copy that and put one as well on the top of the list, maybe under the “Automations” box, before the list area. Because now when you add a person you have to scroll up to hit save, the scroll down to add next person, scroll up to save etc ?? Thanks for your great work and plugin! Have a nice evening! // Roger

Thank you very much for taking time to give this feedback, it is much appreciated!

Some of the suggestions are already a priority for me to implement, i.e. overall better management of individual members in a level.

One thing I want to clarify is that even though the “Add Members” dropdown is below the list of members, it supports adding multiple members at once, ie. you can search for and click on multiple users in the dropdown before clicking “Save”.
