Suggestions for update

  • Hi, I want to use your plugin to let my colleagues chat with eachother. We have a helpdesk knowledgebase where everybody needs to log in.
    .1.
    Since we have 50+ colleagues registered it would be great if only the ones logged in are shown.

    .2.
    Also with every page refresh the blue ‘users’ window pops up, and it would be great if that stays ‘low’ until the users starts looking for a chat with a colleague. With 50+ colleagues the whole left side of our site is unvisible.

    .3.
    When the admin is only, it’s name is mentione (offline).

    .4.
    Whilst chatting and switching from one page to another, the orange chatbox disapears. When one colleage chats with another mentioning one certain page, the chatbox should be ‘on top’ so that one can switch to different pages as a kind of support setting.

    anyhow, hope you have time to work on these things. Please give me any response.

    This plugin is developed on the bases of server side technology and this is not having any external API dependency. Hence whenever you will browse from one page to another you will lose your chat and new session will start. This plugin is just for chatting with users internally if there are more users on your website and there will be no log maintained! I hope this plugin helps you for your users for chatting and discussing internally. I have came through some issues with this current plugin. So I will update this plugin and soon launch a new version which will work correctly for all versions of WP.
