Suggestions for Video Pod Player

I’m looking for suggestions on a video podcast player similar to the audio one included with SSP. Currently our video pods just appear as a text based list that is not very functional or visually pleasing.

If anyone has implemented a similar thing and has some ideas that would be fantastic!
