In all seriousness, the results are sorted alphabetically here: https://github.com/scottsweb/instant-search-suggest/blob/master/assets/inc/iss-ajax.php#L196. Unfortunately the default WordPress search does not support relevance very well, there is no real concept of weighting the results. There are plugins that provide better search results: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/relevanssi/ but some work would need to be done in order for both plugins to work together.
