Suitable Database Plugin?

I would like some help in identifying the right plug-ins for our WordPress website.

We provide access to insurance protection. We collect a range of information about our customers. Examples of the information we collect are: full contact details, number of connections, number of customers , source, do they have a certain program; what qualifications do their operators have?

We also include a few straightforward algorithms to calculate the amount of the coverage. This includes a look-up table.

Please can you tell me the name of the WordPress plug-ins we should consider that might do these things for us. I would like to hear from someone who has actually used, or designed, the plugs in that might be suitable for this. We do not have the expertise to research these plugins directly.
Is there anyone who has demonstrated experience in this area and who can help select plugin, and maybe then to then build this aspect of the website?
