Sum ting wong

Can’t access settings page and no longer importing anything. Plugin was working great until a few weeks ago. We have deactivated all other plugins, deleted and reinstalled but no luck!

Plugin settings page looks like it tries to load but then fails after 2 mins. This is the only plugin that does this.
