Sumbitting a new project forwards to an error page – ‘page not found’

  • Hi there,

    First off, i’m really loving the plugin – just having a small issue at the moment, which is preventing me going premium!

    When creating a new project, I add all the details including the new project name. When I submit this, I am forwarded to a ‘oops! that page can’t be found’ page. However, if I then go back to the project board, the project has actually been created. Not sure why this is happening – I haven’t done anything crazy with the setup!

    Thanks for contacting us. Go to the permalink page on your wp install and hit the save button, in fact it’s best to choose an option that just displays the name in the url, not the dates.. better for SEO too. After you do this the design page should load ok. Take a look at this video, it show this step in the very beginning. Hope this helps. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GSAyozmRHLw
