Summarize Posts Widget image size

  • It’s inefficient, but for a small number of images per page, you could use CSS to force the image size to a thumbnail. WP also automatically makes thumbnails, but I haven’t taken the time to research how to have a query return the thumbnail instead of the full size image.

    Yes, I’ve had trouble getting WP’s built in resizing to work reliably. It’s something I’m working on with the next version. You are free to use any of WP’s image manipulation functions that accept size parameters as arguments.
