Summary and PDF Integration

    Hello,

    I’m interessted to buy form maker pro. Before I order it I need to get info about following aspects.
    1. Is there a possibility to set a summary (list all selected items) at the end of a form?
    2. Is it possible to make changes (text formatting) in the case of pdf output?
