Summary bubble remains hovered/ Dropdown menu translation

Hello,

1) Event summary bubble stays hovered and doesn’t close when you move the mouse off it.

Any ideas?

2) I have translated the calendar in Lithuanian, however the last part I can’t translate is the dropdown-view menu (month, week, day, agenda).
Anybody knows how/where to translate that?
