    I have a WP site which has 2 WPForms contact forms.

    The counters on these forms do not reset and therefore the weekly summaries only include the cumulative amount of submissions (for each form), making it very difficult to know if something was submitted during that week (i.e. go back to the previous weeks and check what that number was to compare them).

    I have run through this checklist (as advised) and still no remedy;
    https://wpforms.com/docs/getting-support-wpforms/

    The following is from WPForms support email address;

    By default, the summary email should count the entries submitted for a week only. There is probably some issues specific to your site causing the issue. If you’d like to troubleshoot the issue, I recommend starting from here: How to Troubleshoot WPForms

    Thanks in advance for any help!

    Hey @encrypt,

    Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the confusion.

    In WPForms Lite email summaries will include all-time form submission totals rather than weekly data. The weekly reports are only sent out on the paid version of the plugin.

    In case it helps, please take a look at this guide for more details.

    I hope this helps!
