Summary does not reset when fields change

Hello, I made a 3-step form but the summary doesn’t reset when you go back a step.

1st step has radio buttons and checklist (you choose a package)
2nd step has text fields (contact information etc.)
3rd step will only load the summary. (preferably immediately)

Everything works nicely until notice a mistake in the last step, the summary, and you go back a step and change a text field. Once you go further to step 3, you cannot update the summary.
Strangely enough the summary does reload when you change a radio button in step 1.

Any idea what went wrong?
