Sumup Gateway

I have a web shop on one of my websites and would like to be able to process payments via Sumup. However, when I want to process the payment, I get an error message every time.
I suspect that I checked the wrong box somewhere. I left one out somewhere! Because everything is actually set up according to the forum and help…
Can someone help me with that?

Auf einer meiner Websiten habe ich einen Web-Shop und m?chte Zahlungen über Sumup abwickeln k?nnen. Wenn mach jedoch die Zahlung abwickeln m?chte, dann kommt jedesmal eine Fehlermeldung.
Ich habe die Vermutung dass ich irgendwo ein falsches H?kchen gemacht habe resp. Irgendwo eines ausgelassen habe! Weil eigentlich alles gem?ss Forum und Hilfen eingerichtet…
Kann mir da jemand helfen?
