You will need the Professional plugin version to send the information collected by the form, including the calculated fields’ results, to the user email address (entered through the form). Please read the following section in the plugin documentation:

Regarding the WhatsApp question, sending WhatsApp messages automatically requires integrating the WhatsApp API, which is available only in WhatsApp Business accounts. The Platinum distribution of our plugin offers an alternative. You can activate the “CFF – Twilio” add-on (https://cff.dwbooster.com/add-ons/twilio), which allows you to send an SMS to the user with the information the form collects:
However, if WhatsApp integration is a requirement, you can activate the “CFF – WebHook” add-on (https://cff.dwbooster.com/blog/2018/09/17/webhook-add-on/), distributed with the Developer and Platinum plugin versions, and integrate the form to Zapier as an intermediary between your website and WhatsApp:
