Sunshine Cart checkout problems

A client sent me this message about an order placed which messed up on checkout. It seems that the order reverted back to a previous set of selections when they set up an account on checkout.
“Unfortunately the order has not gone through as I expected. I originally filled in the order form as shown in the order below. We then changed our mind about the framed image and selected 2x 10×8 loose prints AY2A1220 and 1x 10×8 loose print AY2A1248 and confirmed on the order page. Having put in my order details and payment details the page refreshed prompting me to create an account with you which I did and the order page refreshed, which I completed and ordered only to see that the original order had occurred (i.e. with the framed print). This is not what we wanted to order. As such can you arrange cancellation of this order and re-invoice me for the following:”
Can you help resolve this?
This is now causing the admin side of the sunshine cart to show the wrong order totals as I can’t change an order in admin.
