Sunshine login issues

Help – Im having a major issue with Sunshine plugin. When a new user registers in my proofing gallery the first time they register everything works, they can order, they can view products and they can like favourites.
They get an email confirming the password they used to register, they appear as a new subsciber in my wordpress user area however when they log out and then try to log back in again it keeps saying they have the incorrect password. If I manually give them a new password this works fine and they can log in and out as they please
