Okay. I am trying to set up a completely new multisite install. I am on Bluehost and want to multisite two domains. I have the wildcard DNS set up on Bluehost. *.balanhair.com

The two domains are: balanhair.com & desertmoonhair.com Both look fine on the front end – no errors when I just go to the domains.

Each is set up on the host with desertmoonhair.com parked at balanhair.com. I followed the instructions from here: https://www.onextrapixel.com/2011/07/07/the-ultimate-wordpress-multi-site-network-management-guide/ and here: https://ottopress.com/2010/wordpress-3-0-multisite-domain-mapping-tutorial/ with one exception: When I set up the mu plugin separately in the wp-content/mu-plugins folder the plugin will not work at all. However, as long as I set it up straight into the wp-content/plugins folder I can network activate it and see the menu options under the settings menu in the Network Admin dashboard.

I am showing 2 sites and 1 user – only the Super Admin user. However, when I try to access the dashboard for the subsite (desertmoonhair.com) from the Network Admin dashboard, I am directed to a login screen. When I input the Super Admin login here I just get that same screen in a never ending loop. No errors, no redirect to anywhere else. Just can’t seem to get into the dashboard.

Never mind. I figure it out. I changed the site in the Domains section of the Network Admin menu from Primary to not Primary and it allowing me to log in now. I think it had to do with that conflicting with the Remote Login setting.
