• I’m using this plugin since it started and I have noticed that sometimes when used with super cache and enabled the preload mode in super cache then randomly I find out my website is not styled.

The console shows a lot of 404 errors and to fix this I have to remove all WPH rules from the .htaccess file login to the website go to WPH settings and click on save. Then all goes back to normal.

Has this anything to do with the order of execution of the plugins? Does Super cache start the preload without WPH having setup the paths first? Are there any knownissues with Super Cache?

    Thank you in advance

    Hi,
Yes, that should be the issue, the super cache might preload the data before WP Hide being able to apply new links. I’ll check further into this and see if there’s a filter which can be used to trigger the WP Hide buffer processing right before Super Cache complete the preload process. Meanwhile you may want to turn the preload functionality off.

    Thanks

Please note that it doesn’t happen on every preload. I have set the preload to happen every 8 hours but I see this issue about once per month

    Thanks for your feedback.
Hmm.. might something else after all, hopefully i’ll be able to replicate the issue to figure out the problem which cause it.

I would like to debug this next time it happens to help you more. Perhaps I could send you also a message somewhere. Is there anything I should look for in particular? PHP error log is empty.
