Super Frustration with all of it

  • I am frustrated with the complexity of your support system. I tried your forms and other ways but I just can’t.

    I am very confused and not experienced with the technical side of manually uploading a plugin. We have just purchased Pro starter, with the Google analytics plugin, so we can track the goals of our applications on our caldera forms (already setup) our website is https://www.omeidachinese.com

    I have four queries I need support with. We have had so many problems with Caldera updates and so we left the plugin on 1.4.7 (I am aware that the plugin we just purchased can not work unless we update) so that is the first problem we need your help solving.

    The second is that we already set up entire forms with information on the free platform and now everywhere your documentation say we need to replace the current set up forms with the downloaded zip documentation, so this means we will loose all our data. Usually it is not so complicated upgrading to a pro account of a plugin. I really need your help to upload this manually.without loosing our current data.

    The third is that when viewing the submissions on our forms that we can’t see the name and email entries on some of them in the preview window.

    The last is that we would like to set up an affiliate plugin to give people individual affiliate links that take them through to the submission button, is there a way to do this.
