I have almost 2000 items in my analysis log, some of which show as being sent for analysis in 1970. I have no way to delete them as the only options presented are ‘Refresh the analysis status’ (which, when clicked, returns the message, “The error occurred. Some files were not updated. Contact tech support.”), ‘Copy file info’ and ‘View’. Is there some way to clean up the analysis log and start fresh? I think many of these are from an old infection that’s been long ago cleaned up (2+ years ago). Please and thank you!

    Hello @timelymanner1,

Please, delete all unused, outdated and abandoned plugins and themes from your website. Doing so will reduce the total amount of files for the scanner to check.

Re-activate the CleanTalk Security Plugin in a special way:
? WordPress Admin Page → Settings → Security by CleanTalk → General Settings → enable the option “Complete Deactivation” → Save Changes.
? WordPress Admin Page → Plugins → Installed plugins → Security by CleanTalk → Deactivate and Activate again

Then clear your website cache. Make sure that the website cache is 24 hours or less.

It should fix the issue. Did it help you?

It seems a little better. There are now 3200 files listed under ‘Unknown’, some of which I can send for analysis, others I can approve or delete. So at least I can do something with them…but there are so many! YIKES!

    Thanks for your help!
