Super Pop up won't disable on iPhone

Hi There,

I’ve seen this topic discussed before but the question was never solved. I installed the Super Popup plugin, selected “No” to “enable on mobile browsers.” And it still pops up every time, obscuring the rest of the screen.

Does anyone have a fix for this? I’m a novice designer.
