Super Weird Caching Issue

    I am have a super strange issue I’ve not encountered before. Basically, every time i visit a page on my clients site (admin or normal user side) I get served an old version of the page. Eg, if I uninstall a plugin on the plugins page, it will continue to appear there until I hit CTRL F5. Then if i refresh the page normally again, ithe plugin will re-appear.

    Same goes for all the pages on the site, themes ect ect. Hosted by Namecheap, as have 90% of my sites, and I’ve never seen this issue before.

    I’ve cleared the WordPress cache, tried a different version, uninstalled all uplugins and themes, and the issue is still there.
