Super Widget not working

I cannot seem the get the Super Widget working with version 1.9.4.

I have tried it on one remote site with a theme that all in one event calendar does not like and I get the rotating loading graphic but nothing appears. I also tried it on a site using Twenty Twelve and I get nothing.

I wonder if I am wasting my time trying to get this working or does it work for some users ?
