SuperAds theme and conflict with jetpack

    Hi, I am facing two issues- (1) I am using SuperAds Lite for my website – https://www.greencleanguide.com. The theme has a slider on the homepage. There is a big (vertical) gap after the slider – a gap between the slider and the recent post underneath. When I deactivate the Jetpack plugin, this gap disappeared. So, it is the issue with the jetpack. (2) The SuperAds Lite theme (free version) is not working properly since the latest updates (Version: 1.2.9, Last updated: October 10, 2019). I am not able to customize the site, as it says ” There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”

    Please help me with this matter.

    Hi there

    (1) Your site has an active Jetpack connection, and I’m not seeing any gap below the slider. Can you provide more details on that, or a screenshot? Or did you fix the issue?

    (2) That sounds like an issue with your theme. I’d suggest contacting the theme author for help with this.

    Hi Dan, thanks. I just changed the theme, exactly due to the issue I outlined in my previous comment. I’ve attached the screenshot showing a gap between the slider and the latest post. When I deactivate the jetpack, this gap disappears.

    Shailesh,

    It sounds like, especially since the current theme you have works fine with Jetpack, that this issue did indeed have something to do with the other theme.

    In that case, I would take that finding to the author of the theme that isn’t displaying properly and make sure they can see that your current theme does not have the issue.

    Hi, thanks for all the help. It would be great if the theme owner sees this and work on it. I had also added a comment on the SuperAds theme forum but got no reply from the theme owner.
