Superb Customer Service

This is the first review I’ve ever written but it’s well earned. I had an issue with having too many newsletters and messy settings. Two different reps helped me via email, included screen shots in their replies and even logged into my site to personally fix the plugin settings! They ROCK and I’m thoroughly pleased!
