Superb Customer Service

The Quiz Maker plugin is very straightforward to use. It is both simple and versatile. Very well-designed overall.

However, what I want to highlight in this review is not the app itself but the level of customer service that the AYS Team offers. Whenever I emailed AYS with a question, I always got a reponse that was quick, useful, clear, detailed, complete, and courteous. But what really impressed me was the how resolute the AYS Team was in addressing the issues I reported to them. They made sure my problems were resolved.

I hope AYS will continue to add more functionalities to the Quiz Maker plugin without sacrificing easy of use or performance. More importantly, I also hope that AYS will maintain the current customer service attitude, which I believe will take the Team a lot further than any plugin they create.
