Funnelkit and Funnelkit Automations are both extremely well thought through (and I mean EXTREMELY well thought through), as well as being executed brilliantly. Not only that, but their support is second to none!
On several occasions support have sent detailed Loom walkthroughs to explain certain functionality and they properly try to answer questions fully.
It’s clear they really do care about their customers as the support is always tailored specifically to the request rather than stock responses.
Not only that – but they actually consider feature requests seriously. I had a request which was considered and then implemented within a couple of weeks. Amazing!
