Supercache files are not being created..

Hello,

Supercache files are not being created since i switched to nginx and using php caching. Plugin creates folder structure (permissions are appropriate) but there are no files. When i start Preload mode, it shows like its working something, but it only creates folders, nothing else.. Only one file is being created – index.php.. but all files that should be inside folder structure inside /wp-content/cache/supercache/ are not there.. only empty folders..

What can be the problem?
