Superscript in Site Title / Italics in footer

The following will add the registration symbol, but the issue is the site title doesn’t allow you to add html to get it as superscript ( <sup>&reg;</sup> ).

Given the footer info was added via a :before pseudo selector, we can’t add any html to that to get italic. To be able to do that, it would require a Child Theme and then copying over the footer.php file to the child theme and adding the text directly to that along with the italic html <em> </em>

I added a plugin to consider over there so you don’t have to update footer.php.
