Suport problem

I contacted you on support mail and normali your colleague answered but always is when your colleague answer is every time no is not possible and so on but when you answer than always is something possible and I thinking to unscribe bcz the support is not more the same and how it look I will move to another plugin sorry plugin is very good but support is good only if you answer than is some hope but with your colleague sorry no for she is all not supported and close
