Supplement number of rooms

No, there’s not an extension or an option for that. However I will add a filter for the room stock value in the next update. In this way you will be able to set a different stock based on the checkin and checkout dates.

Sorry for the late reply. In the v.1.7.0 a new filter has been introduced:
https://github.com/easy-wp-hotelier/wp-hotelier/blob/master/includes/class-htl-room.php#L215

With that filter you can change the stock of the room.
