• Hi there! I would like to ask you this. As a company we have an amount of about 500 stores/partners that we supply. And we want users to locate them (via our website of course) based on their area. Is google going to bill me accordingly with this amount of stores or is it enough space not to charge us? Excuse me, but i am new with google cloud platform.

Google will give you $200 free credit a month, which is enough for normal traffic.

It’s not about the number of locations you have, but the amount of API request. So if you have a high traffic website, then you will make more request and run the risk of having to pay or it.

To keep track of your usage you can set budget alerts.

Alright then. Sorry if this is a silly question, but if i have lets say a standard rate of 3000 pageviews and 500 sessions per month does this affect the google billing as far as the api requests?

My site makes 4000 request a month, and it’s fine. So if you have 500, then that shouldn’t be an issue.

But the safest way to keep track of it by setting budget alerts. So you will get a notification if you have used up for example 50% of your free budget.
