• Does anyone here know how to create a ticket with the developers?
    I wrote a support issue on their contact form (several times) and I am not getting responses for weeks…

    Hello,

    I’m sorry we have not been reachable. NP Quote Request WooCommerce is not able to answer all support requests for a few weeks.

    Cyrus, the developer and support for the plugin, has been sick with covid for the month of April and is now in the hospital. He is expected to make a full recovery and be back actively supporting this product. It’s just going to take some time–probably a few weeks.

    Did your developer fully recovered ? Do you have other developers to fix the bugs in the plugin ?

    Hi Debra,

    It has been 5-6 since I was submitting the support tickets (and over 4 weeks since posting here).
    I understand Cyrus was sick with Covid. Is he OK now?
    Can’t you hire any developer to help you resolve issues or answer people’s questions?
