    Hello

    So I am a pro version user and have access to send a few emails from the dashboard but have had no reply, is there an email address I can use instead

    Is there any reason I am not getting replies ? as it says i am a pro user

    The form on https://athemes.com/support-ticket/ should work for Pro users. If you’ve already tried that, then you can email support[at]athemes.com

    Well, last week I submitted four tickets, all of which were ignored. Perhaps the ticket system is not working.

    @ktsembelis?The ticket system on our website is working. I just tested it myself and we have been receiving tickets from other users. If for some reason it’s not working for you then you can email support[at]athemes.com directly.
